Right of Withdrawal – Return Conditions

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have the right to return the purchased product within 14 days without giving any reason. In order for the product to be accepted for return, the following conditions must be met:

1. Condition of the Product

• the product must not be damaged, mechanically altered, or otherwise devalued
• the product must not have been used
• there must be no signs of assembly, installation, riding, or off-road testing
• all components (frame, parts, accessories) must be in the same condition as upon receipt

2. Packaging and Completeness

• the product must be returned in its original packaging
• it must include all accessories, manuals, labels, protective films, and additional items originally included
• if the delivery included any gift or bonus accessories, these must also be returned

3. Documentation and Return Process

• a copy of the invoice or other proof of purchase must be enclosed with the shipment
• we recommend including your bank account details for the refund
• the goods must be shipped in a manner that prevents further damage during transport (insured shipping is recommended)

4. Items That Cannot Be Accepted for Return

• goods showing signs of use (e.g., scratches, dirt, operational wear)
• goods returned incomplete or without original packaging
• goods with damaged or removed labels or serial numbers
• goods that have been altered or modified from their original condition

5. Refund

• refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and inspecting their condition
• if the product does not meet the return conditions, the refunded amount may be reduced or the return may be refused
